The homeworlds of the 1st Bell Training Battalion are Axton and Bell.[1] The unit is only on one of these worlds for approximately one third of the year however. Civil War[edit]

The Bell Training Battalion was involved in the fighting against the 5th FedCom RCT on Axton. There they suffered losses from the Fifth's nuclear strikes. The need to replace lost soldiers from other units also thinned their ranks considerably.[2]

Jihad[edit]

In 3078 the Academy Appropriations War Powers Act deactivated all the training battalion and public academy cadre units and transferred their men and machines to front-line forces. Their future is unclear.[3]

Dark Age[edit]

The First Bell Training Battalion was reactivated in 3136 by Caleb Davion.[4] The unit was stationed on its namesake world in 3145.[5]
