History
The Twenty-third York Regulars were stationed on Dell in 2765. Like the other York Regulars units, the Twenty-third was a "sink" unit where undesirable soldiers were sent to serve out their careers. The Twenty-third had a large number of "Social Generals" in their ranks.[1]
