The Second Guardians is composed of [[Clan Protectorate]] natives and Republic refugees hailing from a Clan lineage. The Cluster was nearly destroyed by Wolf raids before the Wolf Empire and the Free Worlds League signed a non-aggression treaty in [[3140]].
