The Thirtieth Regulan Hussars were raised by dragooning several mercenary lances into permanent service to the Regulan Fiefs. As of 3145 they hadn't seen any action, instead training to work together as a unit on Cameron.[1]
July 3147 found the Thirtieth supporting the 1st Regulan Hussars and 4th Regulan Hussars in their assault on Marik. The Thirtieth was assigned to raid the rear areas of the Clan forces they faced. The initial conflict saw the Hussars inflict losses on the Purifier Cluster and the Hussars split up to hit different objectives. The Thirtieth supported the Fourth Hussars during this effort.
They attacked the Winter Palace Training Grounds, facing the Clan Protectorate's Shiva Keshik. At first the Clan forces ripped through the Fourth, but the Thirtieth responded and forced the Clan back on the defensive.
