Overview

The Five Hundred Eighty-seventh Battle Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.

History

In 2764 the unit was assigned as a part of the XLV Corps, Eighteenth Army, to the Periphery Military Region, but was moved to an undisclosed area of the Periphery by 2765 to take part in the Periphery Uprising.[1] The 587th was destroyed during the Hegemony Campaign.[1]

Composition

As an SLDF Battle regiment the 587th would have been composed primarily of medium to heavy 'Mechs.[2]
