History[edit]
In 2765 the Fifth Arkab Legion was assigned to garrison Sulafat. At that time they were the least-experienced Arkab Legion.[2]
The Fifth Arkab Legion was devastated due to lack of equipment and supplies during to the Second Succession War. The survivors became the core of the new Sixth Arkab Legion.[3]

Fifth Arkab Legion (Regiment/Green/Reliable)[4]
- Note: At this point in time the Legion was a light-weight regiment, operating at full strength and stationed on Sulafat.[4] In 2821 the unit was operating at just above half-strength and stationed on McGehee.[4]

- Note: At this point in time the light-weight unit was stationed on McGehee with an operational readiness of 86 percent.[5]The unit was destroyed during the war.[5]
