Sang-shao Alexei Obradović was the commander of the Holdfast Guard, with the Capellan Confederation, as of 3145.[1]
History[edit]
Obradović, with the Holdfast Guard, was based on Liao as of 3145.[1] Riding a wave of Capellan nationalism in the worlds of the Republic of the Sphere's former Prefecture V, Obradović sent troops to conduct exercises and help instill Capellan values, as well as assisting in the construction of Capellan cultural institutions.[2]
