Description[edit]

Carstairs Stables was a small Solaris VII stable that competed in and won the First Solaris Lance Championship, held in August 3054.[1]

History[edit]

In the season starting in March 3053, Carstairs Stables initially struggled. It began the season with three MechWarriors (Esmeralda, Badicus O'Shea, and Henry Shayne) and three BattleMechs (a Wolf Trap in good condition alongside a Commando and a Hunchback in poor shape), and with family money flowing in. The first fight of the season went awry when Shayne, kept out of what he hoped to be his first fight, sabotaged O'Shea.[2]

The winning of the First Solaris Lance Championship in 3054 netted the team good salvage and reputation. Unfortunately after that Carstairs lost Esmerelda and Badicus O'Shea to Jeremiah Rose plan to create a new mercenary unit. Coupled with the death of Jaryl Whillins prior to the match in order to debilitate the team ended with only two fighters on the team. It is not known how the team reconstructed after that.[citation needed]

Stablemasters and Owners[edit]
