Merge with Prefecture V List

Either Replace all the Prefecture lists with categories (more wiki) and have each world with the appropriate Prefecture number category (too complex), or deleat this single category that has been created out of the nine required.--Cameron 14:40, 25 March 2011 (UTC)

In that case Fortress Republic would be a better category to use for those worlds than Prefecture X

All of the prefectures have a list at this point: Prefecture I, Prefecture II, Prefecture III, Prefecture IV, Prefecture V, Prefecture VI, Prefecture VII, Prefecture VIII,Prefecture IX,Prefecture X; only Prefecture V has a category: Prefecture I, Prefecture II, Prefecture III, Prefecture IV, Prefecture V, Prefecture VI, Prefecture VII, Prefecture VIII, Prefecture IX, Prefecture X.
