History

The Chesterton was a Union-class DropShip that took part in the Federated Suns' ill-fated attack on Chesterton in 3071. Arriving in-system on 25 August at a pirate jump point), it deployed a BattleMech company of volunteers on a suicidal diversion raid to cover the insertion of Rabid Foxes special operations forces elsewhere.[1]
