History
Douglas Hoppe was the commanding officer of the First Orloff Grenadiers between 3050 and 3067.[1][2][3]
He was a native of Carbonis.[1][2][3] When in 3067 Colonel Hoppe was selected to act as the overseer of all Orloff Grenadiers regiments, he retained command nominally, and Brevet-Colonel Aumi Shapiro was given operational control of the Grenadiers.[4]
