Emilio Hall was the commanding officer of the Fourteenth Battle Cluster in 3145.[1]

History

After delivering the cubs, he was boarded by Allison, which informed her about Alaric Ward's refusal to allow the Dominion to join the Star League. Both were devastated, but Rand specially. She attempted to convince him to recover the cubs, but he refused it... and she shoot him for the back, killing him instantly. Hall's death, probably, was one of the reasons why, soon after, Quarell fell to anarchy, with the Cluster dissolving between Joiner and Denier sides.[2][3]

BattleMech

Though Hall piloted a Kodiak for his Trial of Quarell, his favorite 'Mech was an Ursus II, which he called Callisto.[4]
