Continuing the Quest
Following the death of the disgraced Star Captain Edwin Bekker, Fitzsimmons was chosen to replace him as the new Star Captain of the 72nd Cluster. She introduced herself to the new Ghost Bear Mechwarrior as their new commander stating that despite what happened between the Mechwarrior and his former commander, she would not accept insubordination. After the brief introduction, both her and warriors under her command headed to the planet Jeanette immediately. There, she commanded the warriors on board the Justice as they fought weakened (but still fierce) warriors of Clan Smoke Jaguar while fighting their forces. Fitzsimmons and her Ghost Bear warrior continued their pursuit of the Smoke Jaguars until their Trial of Possession for the information on the world of Garstedt.[1]
Trial of Possession
“ | Alright Mechwarrior, the Jaguars have staged a Trial of Possession. When we land, give them your all or we have to go home empty-handed. | ” |
- —Fitzsimmons to the Mechwarrior before fighting Clan Smoke Jaguar.
Trial of Position
After impressing Fitzsimmons with the defense of Alshain from the mercenaries, she recommended that the Ghost Bear Mechwarrior be offered a Trial of Position. The Mechwarrior fought valiantly for their rank and while confident, she reminded the warrior not to get a big head as they deployed to another world immediately.[2]
