History
On the 25th January 3135, during the black-out, a riot started in Valis City because the people thought a series on incoming DropShips were Capellan Confederation forces were arriving on the planet. Legate David Fouche calmed he citizens informing them that the incoming DropShips were part of the scheduled resupply convoy coming in from [New Home] that was arriving a day earlier. Nevertheless, Martial Law was enacted until all riots were stopped and assigned forces from the Fletcher Militia to do that.[1]
