Genoan Spinal Meningitis was a potentially fatal disease which came from the world of Genoa.

A notable sufferer was the second Chancellor of the Capellan Confederation, Kurnath Liao, who succumbed to Genoan Spinal Meningitis on 23 March 2399 while on an inspection tour of armored reserves on Wei.[1]
