Biography
As a member of the minior nobility in the FedSuns outback, Helen sought always to increase the level of wealth of the common citizen. Through talks and negotiations she created a growth of the economic in her region of influence. With the outbreak of the civilwar the became the leader of a separatist movement and split the Filvet region from the Federated Suns in 3072. The Marquess has problems to retain control about their systems in light of the increased pirate activities.[1]
