James Franzaglio was a Tharkad astronomer in 3067.[1]
History
He and his astronomer's club detected the cluster of objects nearing Tharkad, and when the Alliance Naval Command did detect some man-made objects on space that where not "aligned" with the delegations present on Tharkad, but they were not very worried on this as commented by Admiral Casey Martine, they didn't feel very reassured. Unfortunately they were proven right when the WoB forces bombarded Tharkad.[1]
