Description
Created by the Capellan Confederation as a law enforcement patrol vehicle for Palace Guard on Sian. The vehicle is a sleek, wheeled, internal combusion engine vehicle that goes to maximum speed of 60 kilometers per hour. It is considered to be inferior design due to its slow speed and slugglish handling.
Vehicle History
The elected Chancellor Sandol Quinn, set the requirement for new patrol vehicle for exelusive use for the Palace Guard in 2797. Requirements of resulting the vehicle was believed to be influenced by growing influences of wealthy friends to the Chancellor.
The Mao-Heng was selected out group of promising vehicles and was put into production. Over 2000 production models were produced until 2801. Where Barbara Liao came to power and put stop to production.
Vehicle remained in service in streets of Sian for several years, where it performed service well enough the Capellan Hussars. The last of vehicles, infamous Patrol 13, was decommissioned in 2834. It was purchased by Duke Jian Kao for his private collection.
In 3042, re-designed version of the Mao-Heng was created by group of students. Its preformance lead to vehicle's resurrection as standard police patrol vehicle.
