In 2764 the SLS Mercator was the command ship of the 343rd Division, a subformation of the 34th Recon Squadron within the Star League Defense Force Third Fleet and was the command ship of Captain Jennifer Haze. The 343rd had only just been assembled by 2764, and had yet to deploy alongside the rest of the 34th.[1]
