The Mizar was a JumpShip of unspecified type, in service to House Marik as of 3028. It carried at least two DropShips, the Gladius[1] and a passenger ship for the entourage of Duke Garth of Irian.[2] Precentor Emilio Rachan had a private office aboard the Mizar.[3]

The Mizar could generate gravity on the passenger DropShip by extending it from its central axis on monofilament strands, counterbalanced by a second DropShip on the opposite end, and rotating the entire set.[2]
