History
The FSS New Syrtis was a New Syrtis-class carrier in service with the navy of the Federated Suns during the Star League era. One of four New Syrtis-class WarShips in service with the Federated Suns navy in 2765, the New Syrtis was serving as the flagship of the Federated Suns' Coreward Fleet, which operated in the Capellan March region of the Federated Suns. Serving as the flagship of Admiral Mark Creuset, the New Syrtis was leading a fleet that consisted of two Aegis-class heavy cruisers, two Robinson II-class transports, four Davion II-class destroyers, a Congress-D-class frigate and a Vincent Mk. 39-class corvette.[1]
