The Omega Galaxy was a second-line military formation which was part of the touman of Clan Smoke Jaguar.[1]

History
Operation Bulldog
In 3059, the Omega had been deployed in the Smoke Jaguar's Occupation Zone, garrisoning three worlds.
The 151st Garrison Cluster on Virentofta, caught in the second Wave of the offensive, was utterly destroyed by the task force consisting of 1st Federated Suns Armored Cavalry, Comstar's 31st Division, and mercenary regiments of the Northwind Hussars & Stirling's Fusiliers.
The Galaxy's 27th Garrison Cluster, were committed to the ill fated Counter attack. It assaulted world of Lonaconing in July facing the 15th Lyran Guards RCT which had been garrisoning the planet. The 27th Garrison's commanding officer, used diversionary & feint tactics against the Guards.
