The Precentor Naval was a military position created by the Word of Blake for the officer who commanded the Word's naval assets. The variety of equipment overseen by the Precentor Naval ranged from DropShips, JumpShips, and WarShips to the naval construction yards at Titan.
The Precentor Naval was second only to the Precentor Martial in the Word of Blake military organization.
The first Precentor Naval was Gregory Zwick. Precentor Zwick was the commander of the Word's naval assets during Operation ODYSSEUS.[1]
