Not Canon!
The subject of this article does not contribute canonical content to the BattleTech universe, either because it is not intended to or because it is not an official product.
See the article's section on Canonicity for details.

Sir Roger Magazine was a spanish Magazine published between 1993 and 1994 that on their first magazine published an article on Battletech.

On 3026 during mining activities in a non-canon planet (Imphal III) House Davion found a battered Jumpship and attached to it a Dropship (does not explain which) full of mech supplies of the most classic mechs.

As House Davion was preparing for the 4th Succession war, Hanse Davion instructed NAIS to work with the pieces and prepare proptotypes of several mechs. Fours prototypes were provided: - BRB-3G BARBARIAN (100) - PAL-2D PALADIN (85) - RNG-5R RANGER (55) - BRG-3G BURGLAR (30)

Though the BARBARIAN was discarded for several issues on its stability.

The magazine provides stadistics and images for the 3 remaining mechs, though their equipment does not match the images (The PALADIN has what seems a Rifleman Arm but only the AC/5 on it) among other inconsistencies.

Also a 4 mech battle agaist Kuritan mechs is presented as the test of the mechs.
