Vincennes Murita was the commanding officer of the First Sun Zhang Cadre during the Ronin War.[1]

Following the formation of the Free Rasalhague Republic in 3034 and Warlord Vasily Cherenkoff's call to reclaim Rasalhagian worlds for the Draconis Combine, Tai-sho Murita overthrew his commander Isoroku Kurita and took control of the First Sun Zhang Cadre in an effort to conquer Kempten. On 30 April, the pro-Rasalhague Vinson's Vigilantes engaged the First Cadre in a series of heavily-damaging skirmishes that ended when Murita's men took control of the Rammaport Petrochem facility. The Petrochem site, home of Kempten's primary oil and energy services, was too valuable for the Vigilantes to destroy or for the First Cadre to abandon and a stalemate soon set in. On 4 June, the Second Kavalleri made a combat drop into the First's rear area that killed Murita and most of his command staff, forcing the remaining cadets to flee into the Cantis Mountains.[1]
