History[edit]
The War Wagon was a Union-class DropShip. It was lost in the Fourth Succession War when its drive malfunctioned and shut down two-thirds along the approach to Bharat. While its 'Mechs and MechWarriors, elements of the First Crucis Lancers, were transferred to other DropShips, the crew remained and tried in vain to repair the engines. The War Wagon, with its crew still aboard, broke into three brightly burning pieces in Bharat's atmosphere before falling into the world's southern ocean.[1]
