The 963rd Independent Aero Wing was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.
History[edit]
In 2764, the unit was assigned as part of LXVIII Corps, Eighteenth Army to the Outworlds Alliance of the Periphery Military Region.[2] The 963rd patrolled the Department of Mega-Engineering's Deep Spin maintenance yard at the Linden system's nadir jump point.[3]
The 963rd survived the Periphery Uprising and the Hegemony Campaign,[2] and was absorbed by the Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery's Tenth Galedon Regulars in 2785.[1][See Notes]

Composition History[edit]
As an SLDF Independent Aero Wing, the 963rd had a battalion of attached mechanized infantry for security and rapid-response duties.[4][5]
