A Time of War, was a broadcast news magazine show during the Word of Blake Jihad, which carried analysis of aspects of the war. On 12 December 3076, this included a segment which covered various theories as to why Clan Ghost Bear were so fanatical in their hatred of the Word of Blake, including the idea that the Blakist had threated Clan Bloodhouses.
Senior INN Clan analyst Farouk O'Reilly linked the Bear's hatred to the rumored destruction of the Tseng Bloodhouse, which was supported in the piece with reference to claims by a supposed former ROM agent known as "Whistler", who had reported ComStar had during the Clan Invasion started to develop biological weapons which could target specific Clan genetic heritages.[1]
