Barbara Edwards was the head of Vickers Mining from at least 3022 to 3025.[1][2]

Edwards had a good relationship with Jones Consulting CEO Victoria Jones, who provided Edwards with a comprehensive report in 3022 of the situation on the moon of Waldorff VII which strongly advised her to shut down the dangerous mining operation there immediately.[1]
