Bertram Winn was the aide to the commanding officer of the Crucis March's Chirikof Operational Area as of 3054.

History

Leftenant General Winn, commanding the Remagen Crucis March Militia, was stationed on Nunivak in 3050. Following the Clan Invasion, now-Hauptmann-General Winn served under Marshal James Flinn as executive officer for the Federated Commonwealth's Chirikof Operational Area by 3054.
