Captain Blackburn was an officer with the El Giza Ghost Riders mercenary command.[1]

During the Ghost Riders' raid on Bethonolog in March 3020, which they were ordered to do for Imperator Marius O'Reilly in exchange for sanctuary in the Marian Hegemony, Blackburn and the rest of the unit's leadership were killed fighting the First Canopian Fusiliers.[1]
BattleMech[edit]
Blackburn piloted a HBK-4J Hunchback.[1]
