A known drinker and a gambler with bad temper with a loud, bullying and abrasive personality was just the façade to hide he is a TMI deep-cover agent assigned to collect advanced weapons technology for the Concordat. Until now his success has been limited: a single Clan Large Pulse Laser, two IE ER Medium Lasers and a few Streak SRM rounds. He is rumored to have connections to several organized crime gangs, but the Mafia is sniffing, trying to become "partners" in the stable.[1]
