Major General Devlin Rogers was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's XLIX Corps as of 2764.[1]

Having entered the SLDF in 2724, Rogers' was a 40 year veteran by 2764, and nearing retirement. Knowing XLIX Corps was his last command, he didn't seek to build a legacy or groom a successor, but rather focused on taking care of his troops and ensuring they enjoy their deployment.[1]
