Dumaka Odoh was the Legate of Caselton in 3126, until his arrest.[1]
History[edit]
In 3126, Odoh attempted to create reason to raise his budget by covertly arming and supporting striking Caselton Consolidated Construction Professionals workers. He hoped to use the threat to add to the security budget, but after the strikers assaulted the planetary militia under the influence of drugs provided by Odoh, investigators traced their StrongArm MODs to the Legate. Odoh earned a life sentence for his crimes, and was sent to a mining colony in the Bordon system.[1]
