- Capellan Commonality Director of the Interior as of 2360 Fulton Cate, on the topic of the work habits of his colleague Prime Minister Seluk Tucas.[1]
- Chancellor of the Capellan Confederation Franco Liao, in a 2369 letter to a General Hurn, regarding how only he could rule the Capellan people in his time.[2]
