Frederick Kiryukin was the second person to be appointed to the office of Director of Outworlds Alliance Affairs by First Lord Ian Cameron after his predecessor, Lady Claudia Cameron-Davis was removed from office in 2587 as a result of her deliberate mismanagement of Star League aid intended for the reconstruction of the Outworlds Alliance.[1]
