The TNS Gerthr was a Luftenburg-class Naval Vessel in service to the Lyran Commonwealth on Tharkad.[1]
History[edit]
The Gerthr was one in a line of blue water supercarriers used on Tharkad, Donegal, and a dozen other worlds. Its usage declined during the Succession Wars as the means to maintain it grew more limited, and it became inactive at some point before 2920.[1]
In 3055, the Gerthr became the first Luftenburg-class ship to be refitted and reactivated, made possible by recovered technologies,[1] and at least one supercarrier survived the Jihad, although it is unknown if the Gerthr was one of them.[2][3]
