Gregory Fitzwaters was a Lyran merchant, and member of the Lyran Free Traders Association, as of 3025.[1]

Shortly before 3025, Fitzwaters was noticed by ComStar to have arrived with his JumpShip at a Draconis Combine world suffering the impacts of a natural disaster, to sell his wares a full five days before the first official Combine relief forces turned up in system. ComStar suspected his highly accurate market intelligence was the result of secret help being provided by Lyran Commonwealth intelligence agencies.[1]
