Heinrich Roberts was the Colonel commanding the Seventy-fourth Chesterton Infantry Regiment in the Twenty-fifth Arcturan Guards.[1]

This character is an easter egg reference to the movie Die Hard, along with every other officer in the RCT aside from the Marshal. The name is a combination of the character, Heinrich, and the actor, Gary Roberts.
