Colonel Hiram Siegel was a regimental commander in the Star League Defense Force as of 2764.[1]

Hiram Siegel attended the Sandhurst Royal Military College on Terra, before rising to regimental command with the SLDF. Sharing a friendly competitive rivalry with fellow Sandhurst cadet, and later fellow LXX Corps Colonel Caroline Snow, the two competed against each other in everything since the moment they first met. The two swapped victories, with neither consistently beating the other.
Their competitive nature extended to include their Regiments, the 129th Dragoon Regiment and 31st Light Horse Regiment, who maintained a complex scoring system to keep track of who have been most successful against the bandit raids they were tasked with preventing.[1]
