In January 3052, Hiroya Oomiya participated in the Battle of Luthien where he served within Coordinator Takashi Kurita's Lance during fighting against Clan Nova Cat's 32nd Assault Cluster in the Kado-guchi Valley.[1][2]

Hiroya Oomiya piloted a Cyclops BattleMech.[1]
