Ichabod Nash was the commanding officer of the Fortieth Marik Militia as of 3082.[2]

Colonel Nash, serving with the Fortieth Marik Militia, was stationed on Marik in 3085.[1] Son of the commander of the Stewart Home Guard, Nash took command of the Fortieth Militia after it was formed from the remains of the destroyed Home Guard following Operation GOLDEN DAWN. Nash allowed the Fortieth Militia's hatred of the Republic of the Sphere to fester and approached Duke Leonard Stewart for his sponsorship in 3082. When the Fortieth Militia was relocated to Marik, placed under the watch of the Second Marik Militia, and cut off from its official supply lines in order to prevent an unsanctioned attack on the Republic, it was Duke Stewart's material support of the unit that allowed it to endure.[2]
