Josephus Schoenauer was the commanding officer of the Seventeenth Avalon Hussars' Armor Brigade as of 3067.[1]

Leftenant General Schoenauer, serving as the commander of the Seventeenth Avalon Hussars' 198th Ipava Grenadiers, was stationed on Cassias in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Schoenauer was promoted to major general and commanded the Seventeenth Avalon's Armor Brigade on Talcott by 3067.[1]
