Leftenant Karl Noonan was a Federated Suns Armor Commander on Quentin during the War of 3039.[1]

Noonan and his armor crew were amongst the Davion defenders of Quentin during the War of 3039, and were forced to retreat from the Fire Rift region when their Company was overran by the Fortieth Dieron Regulars.
Reports indicated they remained active until at least mid-3040, using the high IR and magnetic anomaly content of the Fire Rift to avoid detection, and the support of local Davion citizens to keep their resistance efforts supplied.[1]

Noonan was known to have commanded a Vedette medium tank.[1]
