The similarity of Kel in spelling and pronunciation to both the revered Kell surname and Bloodname frequently caused confusion among Lyran Commonwealth representatives which the Sea Foxes often used to their benefit, much the annoyance and displeasure of both the Kell Hounds and Clan Wolf-in-Exile.[1]
