Kelv Fleicha was the representative for Lost, in the Lyran Commonwealth's Estates General, as of 2558.[1]
History[edit]
Fleicha was reported, in the Official Transcripts of Government House, Year 2558 published by Commonwealth Press, to have opposed the Tharkad Accords and the Lyran Commonwealth joining the Star League. Fleicha's opposition was based on Lost's ties with the Rim Worlds Republic, which was feared to be a target of the new Star League.[1]
