Lieutenant Keri Rankin was a MechWarrior, with the Northwind Highlanders' McCormack's Fusiliers, as of 2616.[1]

Rankin participated in one of McCormack's Fusiliers most famous engagements, the conquest of the Free Worlds League world of Bellatrix in 2616, despite the defending Ajax's Avengers outnumbering the Fusiliers by a factor of three to one. The Fusiliers made an audacious attack on the planet, using a combination of ferocity and superior tactics to smash the Avengers and force them to retreat, until they were forced to stand and fight in the east of Bellatrix's southern continent.
During the final destruction of the Avengers on 2 December 2616, Lieutenant Rankin was a member of the Second Battalion of the Fusiliers, serving in the Recon Lance of its Second Company as they quickly finished off their enemies.[1]

Rankin was known to have piloted a CLNT-3U Clint BattleMech.[1]
