Lazarus Parmenter was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 18th Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

While Major General Parmenter and his 18th Infantry Division formed part of Twentieth Army's LXVII Corps, as of 2764 they were assigned on a semi-detached basis to Loburg on a tense section of the Free Worlds League / Lyran Commonwealth border, where they worked most closely with the Lyran based Thirteenth Army.
Despite these operational considerations however, Parmenter's chain of command continued to run through LXVII Corps.[1]
