Liang Kirsanova was the commanding officer of the First Kestrel Grenadiers' Infantry Brigade as of 3067.[1]

Colonel Kirsanova, commanding the First F-C Mounted Grenadiers of the First Kestrel Grenadiers, was stationed on Zurich in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Kirsanova was promoted to Leftenant General and commanded the entire First Kestrel Infantry Brigade on Kathil by 3067.[1]
