Lianne White was the commanding officer of the Second Mechanized Infantry of the Nineteenth League Static Defense Unit of the Fifth Fusiliers of Oriente as of 3059.[1]

Lieutenant Colonel White, serving with the Fifth Fusiliers of Oriente's infantry, was stationed on Thermopolis in 3059 and remained there by 3067.[1][2]
